Iplgame provides online betting and gaming services via its platform. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Iplgame website and Services. By accessing or using the Services you consent to be bound by this Agreement and by the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and have the mental capacity to enter into a binding contract. Iplgame may require age and identity verification and may void any transaction involving a minor.
Only registered Accounts may access and use the Services. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information and promptly update it as needed. You will be issued Account Access Information (username and password) that you must keep confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Iplgame may request documentation to verify identity and may suspend access pending verification. Verification attempts will be completed within up to five (5) business days, subject to regulatory obligations. Iplgame reserves the right to accept or reject registration at its sole discretion.
Access to or use of the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is prohibited. You represent that you are not located in, and will not access from, Prohibited Jurisdictions. Iplgame will maintain a list of Prohibited Jurisdictions and may update it from time to time. If the Company determines that a User is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, it may suspend or terminate the User’s account and may forfeit winnings as permitted by law. It remains your sole responsibility to comply with local laws. Iplgame will not be liable for any breach of applicable law by the User.
You must safeguard your Account Access Information and promptly notify Iplgame of any suspected compromise. If security concerns arise, Iplgame may require you to change your password or suspend activity pending investigation. Bets and transactions submitted with your credentials are presumed valid unless proven otherwise. If you believe your account has been misused, notify Iplgame promptly so that the account can be suspended while a review is conducted.
Transactions must be conducted through Authorized Payment Solutions designated by Iplgame. Minimum deposit is ten (10) units; maximum per transaction is fifty thousand (50,000) units, subject to regulatory limits. Withdrawals will be issued to the original payment method used for deposits, subject to verification and withdrawal limits. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed within two (2) to five (5) business days; some methods may incur fees or delays. Iplgame may suspend or deny transactions pending compliance checks.
All bets are binding once accepted by the platform. Bets and winnings are settled in the account currency. Iplgame may suspend or reverse bets in cases of system error, fraud, or violation of this Agreement. Bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms, including wagering requirements and time limits (for example, 20x wagering). Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings. Bets or promotions that exploit vulnerabilities may be disallowed or voided.
Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate Promotional Terms. Bonuses must be claimed within the defined validity period and are subject to wagering requirements specified in the promotion. If a withdrawal is requested before satisfying wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
All content and software on the Platform, including logos, game titles, and graphics, are owned by Iplgame or its licensors. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use without explicit written permission is prohibited.
Iplgame processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the Services you consent to collection, processing, and storage of your data for service delivery, compliance, and customer support. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data as provided by law and policy.
Iplgame may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for breaches of this Agreement or for suspicious activity. Upon termination, you may retain a limited right to withdraw remaining balances in accordance with withdrawal policies. Iplgame may forfeit funds obtained through fraud or prohibited activities, to the extent permitted by law. The obligations in this section survive termination.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iplgame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your access to or use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.
The Services are provided on an as is, where is basis. Iplgame makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iplgame and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or any damages arising from third-party actions or outages. Liability where permitted by law is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction in which Iplgame operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the location of that licensing body, or, at the option of either party, a court of competent jurisdiction. Provisional or injunctive relief may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect a party’s rights.
Iplgame may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform with a prominent notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept changes, cease use before the effective date.
Notices may be given by electronic mail to your registered address or by postings on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and monitoring communications. For support, contact Iplgame through the Platform’s provided channels.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Iplgame regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
