This document governs all wagers placed with Iplgame on events offered within the Iplgame Sportsbook. It defines the rights and obligations of the customer and Iplgame, including how bets are placed, settled, and potentially voided. Capitalized terms used herein have the meanings described below unless the context requires otherwise.
Iplgame reserves the right to update these rules. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication and apply to bets placed after publication. Customers must be of legal gambling age as determined by applicable law. Iplgame may require verification of identity and age, and may suspend or terminate access if verification fails.
Customer data and transactions are treated in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Iplgame uses reasonable security measures to protect customer information. Information may be shared with regulators or as required by law only to the extent permitted by law and within applicable regulatory frameworks.
Customers may not hold more than one active customer account with Iplgame. If multiple accounts are detected, Iplgame may consolidate to a single account and withdraw promotional eligibility from any extraneous accounts. Iplgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts for reasons including, but not limited to, attempts to exploit promotions, collusion, or other misconduct.
Bets are accepted prior to the start of an event unless a market explicitly states otherwise. Live bets are accepted on events in progress where the outcome is yet undetermined. By placing a bet, the customer confirms they have no knowledge of the event outcome that would give an unfair advantage and that all bet details are correct at acceptance.
Iplgame may reject or void bets, partially or in whole, and may refund stakes without explanation where permitted by law or these rules. Grounds for rejection or voiding include, but are not limited to, errors in odds or event details, technical issues, breach of limits, or suspicious activity. Should a bet be rejected after acceptance, the stake is refunded.
Minimum and maximum stake levels are determined per event and market. Iplgame may impose restrictions on the number of bets on an outcome and may adjust limits at any time without prior notice. Winnings are paid at the stated odds at the time of bet acceptance, subject to these rules and any applicable adjustments described herein.
Customer balances consist of a main balance and an ancillary bonus balance. Bets may only be placed from the main balance. Bonus balance may be used only for wagering in accordance with bonus terms published by Iplgame.
Odds are displayed in real time and may adjust between bet selection and acceptance. Iplgame uses a predefined rounding protocol for displayed odds and settlements. Total winnings are calculated using precise arithmetic rules described in market descriptions, with any discrepancies resolved by Iplgame’s central accounting.
Settlement of bets occurs within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the event, subject to the rules below. Where the event is incomplete, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the applicable settlement rules described in this document.
Live bets are settled on the basis of information available immediately after the event’s outcome becomes known. Odds for live markets update in real time and may move in the interval between bet placement and acceptance. Bets on markets whose outcomes are determined or become certain during live play will be settled accordingly; bets on unsettled markets may be voided in accordance with these rules.
If a match is interrupted or not completed within a defined period, bets settled up to that point are final; unsettled markets may be voided with refunds as permitted.
Where a venue, playing conditions, or match format changes, or where a participant is disqualified, bets on markets with undecided outcomes at the time of interruption may be settled according to the then-available result, with remaining markets settled at odds of 1.00 where applicable. If a participant cannot participate due to withdrawal or disqualification, the Play-or-Pay principle applies to Outright markets, such that normal outcomes may stand or be voided as described in market descriptions. In all cases, Iplgame may declare bets void, refund stakes, or apply corresponding adjustments in line with market descriptions and legal obligations.
Customers may contest event results or settlement within 30 days of the event’s conclusion. Iplgame reserves the right to correct apparent errors in odds, results, participants, or event times. If an error is detected during a live event, Iplgame may cancel the affected bet(s) regardless of result. Bets placed through technical failures or system interruptions may be refunded in full or adjusted as appropriate.
Iplgame deploys fraud detection and risk control measures to identify and prevent collusion, spoofing, or manipulation of events. If suspected, Iplgame may withhold settlements, inform regulatory bodies where applicable, and seek resolution through formal processes. Iplgame may suspend or terminate access for accounts implicated in improper conduct or rule violations.
Customers may access their betting history to review prior wagers. Information presented in the history is for reference and may be subject to adjustment in the event of administrative actions or dispute resolutions.
